Bishop DiMarzio has announced that parishes in the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens can open for Daily Mass on June 29, 2020 and Sunday Masses on the weekend of July 5, 2020. Attendance at all these liturgical celebrations will be limited to 25% capacity. Worshippers will be allowed into church on a first come, first serve basis. For the foreseeable future there will be only one daily Mass at 12:15 pm and will take place in the main church. The former 7:00 am Mass has been suspended until further notice. Our Sunday Mass schedule will be same as prior to the pandemic: Saturday vigil at 5:30 pm (beginning July 11th) Sunday(beginning July 5th) at 9:00 am, 10:45 am (Spanish) and 12:30 pm. For the 10:45 am Spanish Mass an overflow of attendees will be able to participate in the Mass by means of livestream in the church auditorium. Holy Communion will be brought to those attendees in the auditorium by the priest or minister.
Please note that the dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass on Sunday remains in effect until further notice.
